Blue Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • If using fresh blueberries, wash them thoroughly. If using frozen blueberries, allow them to thaw slightly.
  2. Blend the Blueberries:
    • In a blender, add the blueberries. Blend for a few seconds until they start to break down.
  3. Add Banana:
    • Add the sliced banana to the blender.
  4. Include Yogurt:
    • Spoon in the Greek yogurt.
  5. Pour in Almond Milk:
