  • Beef: 500 Gr
  • Lemongrass: 15 Gr
  • Purple Onion: 15 Gr
  • Minced Garlic: 15 Gr
  • Lettuce: 300 Gr
  • Fresh vermicelli: 500 Gr
  • Lemon: 1 Fruit
  • Chili: 2 Fruits
  • Cornstarch: 1 Tbsp
  • Seasoning: 2 teaspoons
  • Cooking oil: 1 teaspoon

  • Ground beef in a large bowl, with lemongrass, garlic, minced onion and 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 2 teaspoons seasoning, 1 teaspoon cooking oil.
  • Mix all seasoning with meat. Then, flatten the meatballs onto a plate, cover with cling film, and refrigerate for 30 minutes for the meat to absorb the spices.
  • After the meat has absorbed the seasoning, you can put the meat on a charcoal grill or grill in the oven. If baking in the oven, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
