- Ground beef in a large bowl, with lemongrass, garlic, minced onion and 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 2 teaspoons seasoning, 1 teaspoon cooking oil.
- Mix all seasoning with meat. Then, flatten the meatballs onto a plate, cover with cling film, and refrigerate for 30 minutes for the meat to absorb the spices.
- After the meat has absorbed the seasoning, you can put the meat on a charcoal grill or grill in the oven. If baking in the oven, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
- Cooked meat on a plate, served with raw vegetables and sweet and sour fish sauce made according to family taste.
